*  Diver must purchase, through the company, passenger liability insurance for a non-refundable cost of $108 per year. Each passenger is required to have an independent policy in their name.

*  Children over the age of thirteen (13) may have authorization to ride for two weeks during Summer vacation. No individual under the age of eighteen (18) will be a full time passenger (except spouses) on any equipment owned or leased by American National Logistics, Inc.

*  Passengers will not be allowed to perform any work for the carrier, including: paperwork, loading, unloading, fueling, inspecting equipment or repair to equipment, or driving.

*  A rider's pass must be obtained from a company safety representative before the passenger may be on the truck.

*  Transporting an unauthorized passenger will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Home Time Policy: We believe it is important to get you home frequently. Drivers will be entitled to one day off for every seven days out on the road. Non-vacation, home time, will generally be limited to a maximum of four consecutive days.

Stop-Off Pay: If your load requires multiple stops in addition to the original pick up and final delivery, you will recieve stop pay of $30 per stop.

Layover Compensation:  Subject to approval by Operations Management, if a layover is an operational issue other than freight availability, you will earn layover pay for each 24 hour period. If the layover is due to breakdown and you have timely notified the Operations Department, and depending on the expected duration of the layover, a motel room may be authorized.
